A humanities graduate is a performance oriented professional endowed with excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an enriched experience of over 30 years across a gamut of roles managing the entire breadth of business functions entailing Administration, Client Relationship and Revenue generation. An entreprenuer at heart, he has successfully tried his hand at multi car showroom & repair shop business as well as transport business before diversifying into Real Estate. He has as worked as a Marketing Manager for a prestigious real estate brand name like L.J. Hooker before stating his own venture. A highly organised person, he believes in building trust through impeccable services and transparency in dealings.

Deepa, a humanities graduate is an Admin and HR professional with over 20 years of experience working for large corporates, specifically in General Admin operations. Among her different roles, she has helped an international firm Sasol Ltd. to help set up its office operations in Mumbai. She was previously employed with Piramal Capital, an Indian MNC as Admin cum HR Manager specializing in Admin operations, facility management, staffing, relocation, travel arrangements, vendor management, events organizing, along with assisting in recruitments, performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, etc. She is deft in leveraging her experience in travel and vendor management to the company’s advantage.

Journey
A journey starts with the first step and for Mr. Pinto it started back in 2004, when he took up a part time job with a local Estate Agent to learn the tricks of the trade. Working two jobs he learnt fast and took to the trade as fish to water due to his penchant for fine detailing and good communication skills. A couple of years down the line he joined the Australian brand name L.J. Hooker as an Sales Lead and grew to a Sales Manager managing both their residential as well as comercial property portfolio. He developed a strong proficiency in property assessment as well as for scrutiny of property documentation. In 2010 when L.J.Hooker took a policy decision to shut down their operations in India, Mr. Pinto started his own venture named Kads Real Estates which started as a traditional real estate agency and emerged as an organised real estate consultancy with a ever expanding footprint. In 2019 the company changed it name to India Housing hub and staying in sync with the times adopted the use of technology by using various softwares for daily operations with the intention to provide quick and professional services and efficient data management. Today the company has its presence on the internet as well as major social media platforms.
